The 360-hectare Pueblo de Oro Township is primed to benefit from the planned city extension (PCE)
Development Program for Cagayan de Oro (CDO).
A highly urbanized city in Northern Mindanao, CDO is one of four cities in the Philippines chosenby United Nations Habitat, through its Achieving Sustainable Urban Development program for PCE development. The proposed city extensions, which were embraced by the city’s local government unit (LGU), address the congestion in downtown CDO by expanding to barangays outside the city center. The LGU is planning to convert some 800 hectares in Barangay Lumbia, including the old domestic airport site, into a mixed-use urban hub.
PODC’s Cagayan de Oro property includes houses and lots designed to cater the different needs of home buyers from singles looking for their first investment to newlyweds and start-up families.
