The Enclave at Pueblo Golf Gets CDO City Council Nod

Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PODC) secured the Preliminary Approval and Locational Clearance (PALC) for its latest project, The Enclave at Pueblo Golf. The Cagayan de Oro City Council approved Pueblo de Oro’s application during its Regular Session on June 22, 2015. PALC is one of the documents necessary for the issuance of the Development Permit and License-to-Sell of the new project.

The Enclave at Pueblo Golf is a 2.2-hectare house and lot development in Cagayan de Oro with a limited inventory of 40 townhouse units and nine open lots. The low-density neighborhood is within the Pueblo de Oro Township in Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro. With an arresting view of the Pueblo de Oro Golf & Country Club, The Enclave at Pueblo Golf is targeted for sale in the last quarter of 2015.
