Second Phase of Pueblo de Oro Project in Pampanga Launched

| by rei

Committed to continuously provide high-quality yet affordable homes, property developer Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. has launched the second phase of its successful Spanish-Mediterranean houses in Pampanga.

La Aldea Fernandina II is a 12-hectare community and part of a 30-ha. masterplanned community of Pueblo de Oro in San Fernando. The project has over 1,100 units of classic and premium homes perfect for start-up families.

The townhouse units at La Aldea Fernandina II have redesigned layouts and bigger floor areas starting from 47 square meters. Mobility within the subdivision is easy with its 2-meter wide main roads, 10-meter secondary roads, and 6.5-meter roads.

Residents can enjoy the centrally located community facilities, such as the new village club house, full-size basketball court and children’s playground.

La Aldea Fernandina II has a landscaped entrance gate and guardhouse, transport terminal, pocket open spaces, riverside linear park and jogging path boardwalk, and perimeter fence — all monitored with 24-hour security surveillance.

The project is strategically situated in Baranggay Del Carmen in the City of San Fernando — close to the city’s major malls and retail centers, as well as hospitals, churches, and schools. It is less than 2 kilometers away from the San Fernando NLEX exit and 3 24-hour security making it exceptionally convenient for homeowners.

Sales of La Aldea Fernandina II is ongoing, with units as low as P1.2 million. Financing is available with “Zero Equity” under the Home Mutual Development Fund (HDMF) or Pag-IBIG.

Pueblo de Oro has been developing quality and mixed-use residential projects for more than 20 years, including La Aldea Fernandina I, a collection of three private and gated villages in Pampanga, which was introduced in 2010.

Aside from Pampanga, Pueblo de Oro has been offering innovative home designs at affordable prices with uncompromised quality and workmanship in other key locations around the country, including Cagayan de Oro, Mactan Island in Cebu, and the municipalities of Santo Tomas and Malvar in Batangas.
