Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO), a residential property developer under the ICCP Group, has taken a decisive step toward international expansion with a series of strategic initiatives in the United States.
Led by PDO President and COO Mr. Prim Nolido, the company’s U.S. mission was designed to introduce the Pueblo de Oro brand to the Filipino-American community and establish a foundation of trust and credibility in one of the most dynamic overseas markets.
PDO began its U.S. entry with a courtesy call to Consul General Adelio Angelito Cruz at the Philippine Consulate in Los Angeles. This engagement underscored the company’s commitment to transparency and reliability, addressing long-standing concerns among Fil-Am buyers about developers’ delivery and quality.
By aligning with the Consulate, PDO reinforced its credibility and positioned itself as a trusted partner for Filipino-Americans seeking investment opportunities in the Philippines.
“This foray into the U.S. is more than an introduction. It is the beginning of a long-term commitment to serve the Filipino-American community with projects that embody trust, quality, and progressive development,” said Nolido.
The developer presented its brand and projects during the launch of the Very Important Pinoy (VIP) Tour 2026, an elite gathering of Fil-Am leaders and influencers. The presentation highlighted PDO’s progressive developments in Cebu and Batangas, opening opportunities to host the VIP contingent in the Philippines next year. This event provided PDO with direct access to influential personalities committed to supporting the company’s expansion.
Through these initiatives, PDO successfully established a pioneer team of U.S.-based partners and brokers, creating a strong foundation for future sales and promotions. The company is now preparing for a formal launch in California in early 2026, covering both Southern and Northern California, to sustain momentum and deepen engagement with the Fil-Am market.
