With its aim to provide more decent and affordable housing units to Kapampangans, Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, one of the country’s trusted developer for over 20 years, has unveiled its latest addition to its master-planned communities in the City of San Fernando.

The new project, called La Aldea Fernandina II, is the second phase of its sold-out Spanish Mediterranean themed residential development which is one of its three signature villages in Pampanga.

The 12-hectare subdivision is Pueblo De Oro’s biggest project in the province. It will have over 1000 units and will feature amenities like multipurpose clubhouse, a full-size basketball court, open spaces for parks, playground and landscaped entrance gate, guardhouse with 24-hour roving security, and a promenade path for jogging and biking—all of which are new amenities for an affordable subdivision.

During the project’s groundbreaking ceremony held over the weekend, Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation Senior Vice President Arch. Leonardo Dayao noted that the company is committed on delivering homes that will allow families and individuals to comfortably enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Dayao added that with Pueblo De Oro’s known trademark of proficiency and quality products, aspiring homeowners are assured of a better and higher quality of life at La Aldea Fernandina II.

Pueblo De Oro cannot boast of being the biggest developer in Pampanga, but with the consistency we have put forth in the past years, in both our products and services, we can be considered as one of the preferred developers in the province. It is this same level of customer service and quality that we can count on for La Aldea Fernandina II,” he said.

The executive furthered that the launching of the project is also a testament that the company is steadfast in its endeavors to contribute and uplift the province through making home ownership simple and easy for local citizens.

It gives us so much satisfaction to see that investing in San Fernando seven years back, and more importantly investing in its citizenry is paying off. With this, we, at Pueblo De Oro remains confident and committed to being responsible partners to the province and city’s growth and development,” he added.

For his part, Pueblo De Oro Development Corporation Senior Manager for Sales and Marketing Don Bunye IV relayed that with La Aldea Fernandina II’s outstanding features, one can easily say that finally, they’re home. He noted that among its main selling point is its affordability, security, and its strategic location which provides unit owners superb accessibility no other development of its kind can offer.

We take pride in our affordable, high-quality, resilient, and flood-free townhouse units or what we call clustered homes that we offer thru easy-on-the-pocket payments terms,” Bunye shared. We have the best and flexible financing schemes than anywhere else because we have ZERO EQUITY payment terms and we require “No Outright Downpayment,” thus allowing our buyers to move-in or “Lipat Agad” easily within 3 months based on the approval of our financial institution partners, UCPB or PAG-IBIG (HDMF),” he added.

Furthermore, he also highlighted that La Aldea Fernandina II also makes a great house and lot investment in Pampanga with its high-income potential from rental.

Strategically located at Barangay Del Carmen, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, La Aldea Fernandina II is a stone’s throw away from the city’s major establishments, recreational hubs, schools, hospitals, and churches, government offices, drugstores and dining areas are also close proximity.
