Pueblo de Oro is Pag-IBIG Top Developer in South Luzon anew

PUEBLO DE ORO Development Corporation (PDO) was named among the 10 Top Developers in South Luzon anew by the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) during the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) Awards held recently at the Conrad Manila in Pasay City.

The annual awards event recognizes the top developers in the South Luzon region. It is held by the Pag-IBIG Fund to apprise stakeholders in each of the country’s major regions of its accomplishments and acknowledge them for their outstanding contributions.

Pueblo de Oro Batangas has regularly been named among the Top 10 South Luzon Developers for eight years now, since 2018. In 2024, Pueblo de Oro recorded a total of P595 million loan takeouts to the Fund.

“We are deeply honored to be recognized once again as one of the Top Developers in South Luzon, reaffirming our commitment to supporting the mission of the Pag-IBIG Fund,” shared Prim Nolido, PDO President and COO.

“As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, this accolade inspires us to continue expanding our portfolio of sustainable and inclusive communities, not only for the citizens of South Luzon but for the benefit of Filipino home buyers nationwide,” he added.

A member of the ICCP Group, the developer has made significant investments in the province of Batangas, including Park Place Batangas and La Aldea del Monte in the City of Sto. Tomas and PDO Townscapes Malvar, a mixed-use township in the Municipality of Malvar.

More recently, Pueblo de Oro launched more sustainable communities in the province – PDO Courtyards Lipa in the City of Lipa and PDO Westwoods Heights in its capital, Batangas City.
