Pueblo de Oro honored in PropertyGuru PH Property Awards

PUEBLO DE ORO Development Corporation (PDO), the real estate arm of the ICCP Group, reinforced its status as one of the country’s best township developers as it won recognition during the 2023 PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards held at the Shangri-La The Fort Manila in Taguig City.

Pueblo de Oro’s Townscapes Malvar was presented the Best Township Development and Best Lifestyle Development during the awards night which celebrated the best projects, designs, and innovations within the industry throughout the past year.

Also recognized as a Highly Commended Best Mixed-Use Development, Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar is a 42-hectare ‘live-work-play-learn’ sustainable development. It is part of a 286-hectare mixed-use complex with four hectares of commercial area, a one-hectare educational hub, and is adjacent to an industrial park for light manufacturing developed by Science Park of the Philippines, a sister company of PDO.

In presenting the Best Township Development award, PropertyGuru noted how Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar mindfully integrated the residential enclaves closely with the property’s natural landscape to create an eco-friendly and sustainable community.

Additionally, PropertyGuru commended Pueblo de Oro’s township for its effective realization of the ‘live-work-play-learn’ concept, and PDO Townscapes Malvar’s commitment to constructing quality homes and addressing its residents’ daily requirements earned it the prestigious title of Best Lifestyle Development.

The event is part of the regional PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards series established in 2005 and is the region’s biggest and most respected real estate awards program. Earlier this year, PDO Townscapes Malvar was also recognized as Mixed-Use Development of the Year during the 2023 Real Estate Asia Awards.
