Pueblo de Oro Gives Back to Host Communities

Pueblo de Oro, through its  Community Relations arm ICCP Group Foundation, Inc. (IGFI), donated electric fans to Lumbia, Canitoan, and Carmen, the three barangays straddled by the Pueblo de Oro Township in Cagayan de Oro City. The electric fans will be used for the barangays’ child development centers.

Volunteers clean up the area around St. Francis Xavier church.

In addition, on December 3, 2016, Pueblo de Oro employees joined parishioners of St. Francis Xavier Chaplaincy (SFXC)and other members of the community in Sayawalis for a cleanup drive around the church as well as along the main roads of the Township.

Sayawalis was organized by SFXC in response to Pope Francis’ call for caring for the environment in his encyclical Laudato Si.

Meanwhile, Pueblo de Oro Pampanga joined CAB Realty for a thanksgiving celebration with the Care for Children Foundation in Bacolor, Pampanga last December 8, 2016. The activity was the team’s way of giving back the blessings that they have received for the year. The foundation cares for 43 children who have been abused and abandoned. Pueblo Pampanga helped by donating condiments, rice, and detergent to the kids. Parlor games, gift giving and salo-salo were also organized for the kids.
