Pueblo de Oro breaks ground for biggest project in South Luzon

Pueblo de Oro’s latest and biggest master planned development in South Luzon is officially underway as the company broke ground for Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar, a self-sustaining premiere eco-friendly community which is part of a 212-hectare residential and mixed-use development in Malvar, Batangas. PDO President and COO Mr. Prim Nolido and PDO Senior Vice President Mr. Leonardo Dayao, Jr. led the groundbreaking event held last February 9, 2021.

Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar is envisioned as a safe haven with stunning views, green pockets and unique outdoor amenities, designed to push the boundary of sustainable tropical living where residents can truly enjoy an enhanced quality of life.

The work-live-play residential development is complemented by five hectares of commercial area and an educational hub. It is adjacent to a 170-hectare industrial park for light manufacturing developed by Pueblo de Oro’s sister company, Science Park of the Philippines, Inc.
