Pueblo de Oro among the Top 10 Developers in Visayas and Mindanao in Pag-IBIG Fund’s StAR Awards 2020

Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) received numerous awards in the recently concluded Pag-IBIG Fund’s virtual Stakeholders Accomplishment Report (StAR) Awards 2020 held last June 4, 2021. With another year of successful sales take-outs, PDO Cagayan De Oro and Cebu were recognized among the top 10 developers in Visayas and Mindanao. The Cebu team also brought home a special award for Best in Conversion Performance.

The annual Pag-IBIG StAR Awards 2020 aims to distinguish organizations and individuals who contributed to the agency’s stellar performance last year. To qualify as top developer, a company must pass the 90% minimum rating requirement on Quality of Units Ratio. PDO Cebu and CDO garnered a 100% rating.

Pueblo de Oro is a consistent recipient of Pag-IBIG Fund’s StAR Awards for Visayas and Mindanao since 2015. Its strong growth can be attributed to its innovative, high quality yet affordable offerings of residential communities and townships that are located in booming cities like Cagayan de Oro; Malvar and Sto. Tomas in Batangas; San Fernando, Pampanga; and Mactan in Cebu.
