Pueblo Awards Top Sellers for Outstanding Performance in 2017

Pueblo de Oro Cagayan de Oro marked a record year in 2017 with total sales reservations exceeding 249% of budget. The exceptional sales can be attributed to Pueblo Business Park, with 11 lots reserved for the year. The upsurge in sales is also hinged on Pueblo’s attractive new offerings like The Enclave and Golf Estates Cluster 2 Annex and its growing network of accredited brokers. Because of its intensified sellers training, the accredited brokers increased by 25% in just one year.

The Top Sellers for 2017 were recognized during PODC’s annual awarding held on May 29, 2018 at N Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.

The top brokers were Premsi Realty, Golden Nest Realty, and CLM Realty for residential projects and CSJ Realty, Power Properties, and Greenhomes Realty for commercial projects. The top agents for residential projects were Maricel Malazarte (Golden Nest), Christine Tenchavez (AGT Realty), and Dorchee Salazar (Premsi Realty). Meanwhile, the top agents for commercial projects were Gladys Jill Chua (CSJ Realty), Jeanne Suria (Power Properties), and Sabrina Ragay (Greenhomes Realty).
