Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO), the property development arm of the ICCP Group, is embracing digitalization as it transforms its sales and backroom operations to respond to the challenges brought about by the coronavirus pandemic.
To adapt to the new normal, PDO has over the past 18 months been upgrading their processes with digital or automated systems, particularly in the sales and administration of their business solutions. These changes are being implemented in their head office in Makati City and in their project sites in Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Pampanga, and Batangas.
“Like most businesses, Covid-19 has prompted us to rethink the way we do things, especially with the health and safety protocols affecting our personnel and our customers who find themselves confined to their households,” said PDO president and COO Prim Nolido.

Nolido said the changes brought by digitalization have helped Pueblo de Oro during the pandemic and have particularly benefited their customers who have been able to transact with the company in the safety and comfort of their homes.
For their sales force, the Company has established a Brokers’ Online Portal wherein sellers can see up-to-date sales inventory maps showing available units. Sellers can also download relevant sales-related forms for their use, such as those filled-out by buyers in purchasing a property.
Payment of reservation fees can also be done online through VISA or Mastercard-affiliated credit or debit cards.
