Philippine Realty TV Features Pueblo de Oro

Pueblo de Oro extended its reach to Filipino families as the featured property developer in the first and longest-running Philippine real estate TV show worldwide. Pueblo key officials gave their insights on the company, the properties it offers and its commitment to raising the standard of what a Filipino home should be.

ICCP Group Chairman Mr. Guillermo Luchangco shared the inspiration behind Pueblo de Oro which emanated from its industrial park discipline and expertise as well as the company’s pioneering green initiatives. On the other hand, Mr. Rhoel Alberto Nolido, President of Pueblo de Oro, expounded on the different projects, its unique features and amenities.

Mr. Nolido also mentioned Pueblo’s aggressive expansion plans to provide quality homes to more Filipino families. For his part, Mr. Leonardo Dayao, Sr. Vice President for Luzon and Visayas, highlighted on the strategic and convenient location of all Pueblo de Oro communities near modern conveniences and main thoroughfares. He also provided helpful information on the flexible payment schemes available.
