Park Place II Construction in Full Swing

Pueblo de Oro Cebu’s latest house and lot development, Park Place II, is in full swing following its soft launch last March 23, 2018.

The construction of the guardhouse and entrance gates is nearly complete, and the village clubhouse is targeted for completion on October 30, 2018, with the construction of other amenities to follow.

Meanwhile, the main spine road leading to Park Place II is also expected to completed by end of October. Excavation works for the underground utilities, including drainage, sewer and water lines, are now ongoing.
