LAF2 Opens New Clubhouse

La Aldea Fernandina II’s newly completed clubhouse was blessed on March 30, 2019. Following the blessing, PDO SF hosted brunch for guests and sellers at the project’s latest amenity. The blessing of the clubhouse was the first part of the whole-day Grand Open House with the theme, “Graduation from Renting.”

PDO SF has several events lined up this year. With construction going full blast this April and projected turnover starting August this year, more homeowners are expected to move up to Pueblo de Oro’s community. Pueblo de Oro Pampanga is a 30-hectare master-planned residential development in Barangay Del Carmen, City of San Fernando. Because it has been engineered to resist rising water levels, it has remained flood-free during monsoon rains and continues to withstand major typhoons since its inception in 2011.
