IGFI, Pueblo de Oro kick off community engagements in new project sites
2026 Feb 19
As part of their commitment to fostering sustainable and inclusive growth, ICCP Group Foundation, Inc. (IGFI) and Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) recently rolled out community engagement activities in Pueblo de Oro’s newest development areas in Barangay Can-asujan, Carcar City, Cebu, and Barangays Sto. Niño and Calamias in Ibaan, Batangas.
The courtesy calls allowed IGFI and PDO representatives to interact directly with local stakeholders and partner local government units (LGUs), gain firsthand understanding of community needs, and identify avenues for collaborative programs that enhance holistic living, ranging from community support initiatives to access to healthcare, education, and livelihood development.

“For more than 30 years, Pueblo de Oro has been growing its business hand-in-hand with uplifting the communities around its projects,” said PDO President and COO Prim Nolido. “The recent visits highlight our shared belief that development is more than buildings and infrastructure.”
Together with IGFI and local government partners, the company runs programs that provide practical skills, promote health and education, and support sustainable practices, ensuring that people in host areas experience meaningful, lasting improvements in their quality of life.
By working closely with LGUs and local partners, they aim to create real, tangible benefits for residents, strengthen livelihoods, nurture community well-being, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the neighborhoods that welcome their projects.
