HLURB Orientation for Homeowners

Homeowners of the three villages in Pueblo de Oro Batangas, namely The Horizon Residences, Park Place, and La Aldea Fernandina, took part in a seminar conducted by Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board – Southern Tagalog Region (HLURB-STR) representatives Angelito Matangihan and Leo Nuñez last May 19, 2018 at the Park Place Clubhouse. The topics discussed were: establishment of Homeowner’s Associations (HOAs) and responsibilities and obligations of the homeowners in preparation for the transition of village management to the HOA.

This is a very important orientation, especially for homeowners of La Aldea Pueblo de Oro Batangas.
