Malvar, Batangas — Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation (PDO) proudly unveiled its newest wellness and recreation destination, FiT Park, during a launch event held on May 25, 2025, at Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar—a 48-hectare master-planned township strategically located beside the 247-hectare Light Industry & Science Park IV, developed by sister company Science Park of the Philippines. Both developments form part of a larger 295-hectare mixed-use estate that brings together industrial, residential, commercial, institutional, and recreational zones.
FiT Park marks the realization of PDO’s Live-Work-Play-Learn vision for Malvar, Batangas bringing to life a vibrant, fully integrated community centered on wellness, connectivity, and purposeful living.
FiT Park features top-tier imported amenities, anchored by a 315-meter Polyplay S jogging track crafted by German industry leader Polytan—renowned for Olympic-grade sports surfaces. This track delivers 38 % shock absorption, ensuring exceptional safety and performance for runners.
Complementing the track, the park offers 18 fitness stations organized into four themed zones by Let’s Play by Shamrock Fitness Equipment, an internationally made outdoor fitness system manufactured by Shamrock Arena, designed to meet global safety and durability standards.
The launch brought together homeowners, families, fitness enthusiasts, and athletes from the Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation (POSF) for a full morning of celebration. The day kicked off with an energetic 3 km Fun Run; a POSF Mini Obstacle Race Demonstration featuring national athletes and awarding of the Top 10 Fun Run finishers; and an inspiring program graced by national and local leaders, including key figures in sports and government represented by Department of Agriculture Secretary Francis Tiu Laurel, Jr. and Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation President Atty. Alberto Agra.
“FiT Park is more than a fitness destination—it is a symbol of our shared commitment to healthier lifestyles, community well-being, and inclusive township living,” said Guillermo D. Luchangco, Chairman and CEO of Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, in his keynote message.
FiT Park is thoughtfully designed to cater to all members of the community—from seasoned athletes and beginners to seniors, families, and students. Supporting this inclusive vision, The Abba’s Orchard Montessori School, located within the township, will integrate FiT Park into its official Physical Education curriculum, encouraging active, healthy lifestyles from an early age.
With the launch of FiT Park, Pueblo de Oro completes an integrated ecosystem where residents can thrive in every aspect of life—anchored in wellness, connectivity, and purposeful community living.
