Developer cited by Pag-IBIG Fund

Pueblo de Oro Development Corp. (PDO), the residential development arm of the ICCP Group, was named among the Top Ten Housing Developers for 2018 during the Mindanao leg of the Pag-IBIG Fund’s Stakeholders Accomplishment Report (StAR) awards held at the Xavier Estates Sports & Country Club.

PDO was also awarded Best in Conversion Performance for 2018. It was recognized by Pag-IBIG in Mindanao, where it owns and develops a 400-hectare township in Cagayan de Oro. The company is already among the Fund’s top developers in the Visayas and in South Luzon in terms of housing loan deliveries.
