Construction in Full Swing at La Aldea Fernandina 2

Nearly a year after its formal launching, construction at La Aldea Fernandina 2 is now in full swing.

The guardhouse, signage wall, and fence at the creek side are almost completed, exuding a welcoming vibe to visitors. Form works installation for the outer lane of the rotunda and clubhouse have also been set in place.

Meanwhile, the first batch of houses under construction is 30% done and is expected to be completed by December this year.

La Aldea Fernandina 2 is a 12-hectare project in San Fernando, Pampanga comprised of over 1,000 townhouse units. It will feature amenities such as a village clubhouse, full-sized basketball court, and promenade path.

Rotunda construction is ongoing.

First batch of house construction is expected to be done in two months.
