PDO Pampanga Forms Community Basketball League

Pueblo de Oro Pampanga buzzed with energy the afternoon of October 6, 2018 with the opening ceremonies and first-ever basketball tournament of the PDO San Fernando Basketball League.

The festivities started with a parade within Park Place participated by eight teams from the three PDO communities, namely La Aldea Fernandina 1, Park Place and Horizon Residences, as well as PDO staff and guards.

PDO Property Management Officer Bryan Sicat gave a welcome message to all the participants. Park Place homeowner Gemeritz Mangilit administered the sportsmanship oath. This was followed by the ceremonial the basketball toss.

The program was initiated by the Park Place Homeowners Association led by Jonathan Natividad and Mr. Mangilit. Games are scheduled every weekend to promote healthy living, camaraderie and harmonious relationships within the PDO community.
