Pueblo de Oro Joins SHDA National Developers Convention

The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association (SHDA), the country’s leading organization of property developers, in partnership with the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) held its 27th National Developers Convention on September 13- 14, 2018 at the Xavier Sports and Country Club in Cagayan de Oro.

The convention’s theme, “Roadmap to BALAI”, which stands for Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable and Inclusive Filipino Communities, upheld SHDA’s mission to eliminate the nationwide six-million-unit housing backlog by the year 2030.

SHDA aims to forge stronger relationships between private housing developers and government agencies to initiate immediate and permanent solutions to address the country’s housing issues.
