Sellers Amplify Skills with Level-Up PKS

PDO sellers declare that Pueblo is Number 1 following their Level-Up PKS.

Pueblo de Oro Pampanga held a Level-Up Product Knowledge Seminar last October 9, 2018 at McDonald’s JASA for accredited sellers who attended the regular PKS last July to September this year. The event equipped PDO’s partner sellers in the marketing of Pueblo de Oro projects in San Fernando, Pampanga by enhancing their sales skills and providing updates on the different projects and processes within PDO Pampanga.

PDO Sales Supervisor Laica Cruz refreshed sellers on the unique selling propositions of PDO, while Documentation Supervisor Janice B. Rodriguez covered the documentation processes of HDMF, in-house financing, UCPB, and other accredited banks. Credit and Collection Supervisor Tonette Ibanez also gave a discussion on the new computation template.

For the technical part, Engr. Abymer Magpayo discussed the updates on land development and house construction, followed by Engr. Bryan Sicat, who discussed the turn-over, move-in and after- sales concerns of the clients.
