PODC Opens Forest View Homes Phase 2

Pueblo de Oro has opened Phase 2 of Forest View Homes (FVH).

Forest View Homes Phase 1 sold out briskly in the months since its opening. With the opening of Phase 2, more buyers have the opportunity to own their dream home within the 360-hectare Pueblo de Oro Township, the premier mixed-use development project in Uptown Cagayan de Oro.

As in Phase 1, three house models, Pia, Vivienne, and Jessica with floor areas of 32 sq.m., 36 sq.m., and 60 sq.m. respectively, are available.  While the Pia and Vivienne house models are bungalows, the Jessica house model is a two-storey house with two bedrooms and two T&B’s. For all units, buyers can choose the basic (bare, no partitions) or upgraded (with finish and partitions) units.  Buyers may also choose to avail of lots only and build their homes later.
