Pueblo Conducts Advanced Sales Training Series

As part of Pueblo de Oro’s mission to provide the gold standard in every aspect of the company’s operations, Pueblo Batangas initiated advanced sales training sessions to its pre- qualified pool of sellers. The new course focused on arming Pueblo de Oro’s sales force with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent Pueblo de Oro’s gold standard of quality and service to its clients.

Pilot sessions were conducted from October to December 2017. The advanced course was targeted towards sellers who are licensed real estate brokers with the Professional Regulatory Commission and have already taken the basic Pueblo de Oro Product Knowledge Seminar.

New topics in the training sessions were: Roles and Responsibilities of an Accredited Seller, the PODC Sales Cycle, legal documents and items within the Contract-to-Sell; and company policies related to sales and marketing. The course also covered laws pertinent to real estate and property ownership such as BP 220, PD 957 and the Maceda Law.

The training sessions were conducted by Sales and Marketing Head Francis Florido and department heads, Engineers Mayk Pamplona and Haidee Catli.
A total of 40 sellers have already attended the advanced course. Pueblo de Oro Batangas will continue to conduct regular trainings in 2018 and continuously implement improvements as needed to ensure its sellers are able to give quality service and product information to its buyers.
