The ICCP Group, of which Pueblo de Oro is a member, encourages a culture of civic engagement as part of the organization’s corporate routine. Through its social development arm, ICCP Group Foundation, Inc. (IGFI), the Group has committed to protecting the environment and empowering the local communities in which it operates.
Some employees, including Pueblo de Oro President Rommel Leuterio and Assistant Vice President Bas Requireme, have also chosen to celebrate their birthdays with feeding programs and distribution of gifts and school supplies in public elementary schools.
These gestures of goodwill benefited an estimated 655 students in Barangays Real and La Mesa in Laguna and Barangays San Rafael, Sta. Anastacia and Santiago in Batangas.
“Getting out there and being active in the community allows us give back to those who need our help the most,” says ICCP Group Chairman and CEO Guillermo Luchango. “Bringing people together for a cause builds a lasting and encouraging legacy that sparks a spirit of unity in the workplace and also in the community.”
