Three Condominiums on the Rise at Pueblo Township

CondoPODC has blazed a trail in Cagayan de Oro's real estate market with the establishment of three condominiums on the rise within the Pueblo de Oro Township.

The first of the three to go up is Koresco's K Condominium. The multistorey condominium gives a towering view of the Pueblo Golf course and of downtown CdeO and Macajalar Bay in the distance. Koresco has a luxury hotel complex at the Pueblo Golf Estates.



With the opening of The Courtyards at courtyardPueblo de Oro, Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation has become the first developer of horizontal condominiums in Cagayan de Oro. This exclusive townhouse community is comprised of building clusters of three up to eight units and is targeted at the lock-and-leave market.

Meanwhile, PODC has inked an agreement to serve as the exclusive marketing manager of Primavera Residence Condominium, a project of ItalPinas Euroasian Design and Eco-Development Corp., a sustaining member of the Green Building Council.

ItalPinas is set to construct the Twin Eco-Towers, two 10-storey condominiums, in the Pueblo Business Park. The buildings will be the first in CdeO to be constructed following the principles of green architecture, including an inner green courtyard and terrace for natural ventilation and lighting, solar panels for additional energy production and brise-soleil, a sun-shading technique,for solar heat reduction.
