PODC, Pamatong Ink JV Agreement

Pueblo de Oro has inked a joint venture agreement with Alex V. Pamatong Trading & Construction (AVPTC) to develop a new 17-hectare residential subdivision in the valley portion of the Pueblo de Oro Township. This is the second time that PODC and AVPTC have worked together on a project, the first being Vista Verde Village.
