PODC-Cebu Named One of Lapu-Lapu's Top Investors

Pueblo de Oro  has been cited by the local government of Lapu-Lapu City, Mactan, Cebu one of its top investors for 2008.

Pueblo de Oro expanded to Lapu-Lapu City in 2004 with the opening of La Aldea Buena, a townhouse project. Following the success of La Aldea Buena, Pueblo opened its second Cebu project, La Aldea del Rio, last year.  

Earlier in May, 2007, Pueblo de Oro was awarded "Developer of the Year" for Region 10 by the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board in two categories: Open Market Housing and Economic Housing - Land Development.
