Forest View Homes (FVH) lots and house and lot products have been selling like hotcakes over the past few months as buyers quickly snapped up the available units in Phase I.

"Thirty-six units were sold in April 2008 and 50 were sold in May," said PODC Product Manager Volt Flores, "We do not have to say anything to dispose of these units. The product is selling itself." As of press time, only a few units of FVH Phase I remain and PODC is set to open Phase II soon.
Part of the reason for the brisk sales of FVH can be attributed to its affordable house and lot packages and attractive financing schemes, especially the up to 100% financing from Pag-IBIG depending on the house model. Three house units, Pia, Vivienne, and Jessica, with floor areas of 32 sq.m., 36 sq.m., and 60 sq.m. respectively, are available. While the Pia and Vivienne house models are bungalows, the Jessica house model is a two-story house with two bedrooms and two T&B's. For all units, buyers have the option to choose the basic (bare, no partitions) or upgraded (with finish and partitions) units.

FVH is located in the valley portion of the Pueblo de Oro Township. It is only a short drive uphill to SM Mall, Xavier University, the Lumbia Airport, and the upcoming St. Francis Xavier Parish Church and Pro-Cathedral. Forest View Homes derives its name from its unparalleled views of the 40-hectare Pueblo de Oro Urban Rainforest, which serves as a stunning backdrop for this peaceful enclave of rustic homes amid natural beauty.
