As part of Pueblo de Oro's continuing efforts to make it easier for its customers to own a home, buyers can now avail of Hassle-Free Financing for fast, easy and convenient loan application and approval.
While the long list of documentary and other requirements usually needed for securing a loan may seem intimidating or difficult, Pueblo de Oro's value-added service simplifies the process and assists buyers in the availment of affordable payment schemes thru Pag-IBIG or Bank Financing.
Because of its excellent track record, PODC has been deputized by Pag-IBIG to pre-qualify loan applications, on of the very few developers assigned as such by Pag-IBIG. It has also been working closely with a number of major banks and other financing institutions so that once a buyer has been pre-cleared with Pueblo de Oro, minimal documentary requirements are needed from borrowers.
"Elsewhere, you may be required to submit up to 20 documents in order to avail of a loan," says Val F. Sta. Ana, PODC Senior Manager for Credit, Collection and Sales Administration. He further emphasized that, "With the documentary requirements reduced, the processing time has likewise been shortened. Overseas workers, for example, do not need to submit their income tax returns and just need to open an account with any Philippine National Bank branch abroad."
Pueblo buyers can now avail of another convenient service - opening of a checking account over-the-counter at the PODC office without the added hassle of going to the bank. Applications are available and are processed right at the counter, and the checkbook will be available within two working days. In addition, buyers will soon have the option of paying their reservation fees and monthly dues via credit card at the counter.
To further ease the burden of paying a large sum at once, PODC has also lowered the amount of the downpayment required for its products. Typically, the downpayment accounts for 30-40% of the total package price. However, owing to the high appraised value of Pueblo de Oro products and PODC's arrangements with Pag-IBIG and several major banking institutions, PODC only requires a downpayment of 10-20% or even zero down, depending on the financing scheme and product chosen.
Pueblo de Oro has also made arrangements with Banco de Oro (BDO) wherein overseas buyers can now pay online with the use of credit cards via BDO's payment gateway.
"With the availability of these financing options, more simplified procedures and added convenience, we expect more buyers to purchase properties in Pueblo," says Mr. Sta. Ana.
